The Ft. Bragg Connection, Hybrid War, and Kompromat
And on the Horrors of Russian "Filtration"

I’m going to try to condense as much information as possible into a single article here as time is increasingly not on our side. Arguably, I do wish that we had better opportunities to release this in smaller, bite-sized snippets that allowed people to digest this more easily, and that is a fair criticism, but it is unfortunately what it is.
The Ft. Bragg Connection
A fascinating article written by Seth Harp dropped on July 28th in Rolling Stone regarding the “Fort Bragg cartel,” detailing the extensive organized crime connections that exist among the special operations community and that seem to center around this military installation. The entire article is worth reading, and I suspect the author’s book, available here, contains even more valuable information for those of us chasing the threads involved here.
I stumbled upon Harp’s work while researching Ft. Bragg for my own book, Jörmungandr. To be more precise, I was investigating the horrific sexual assault problem that exists at Ft. Bragg, which seems to very strongly correlate with extensive crimes against children and CSAM (child sexual abuse material) offenses originating at the North Carolina base.
Sexual crimes against children and CSAM offenses correlate strongly with organized crime for obvious reasons, and for some reason that I’m not entirely sure of yet, with psychological warfare operations. I noticed this a while ago, but it became particularly apparent at the start of the year as I was looking into psychological operations tied to Ft. Bragg and which involved a few former colleagues of mine. Quoting Jörmungandr,
This manufactured hysteria continued to play out into 2025 following the dual New Year’s Day attacks in New Orleans and Las Vegas. A manifesto allegedly from the Las Vegas bomber was “leaked” via the Shawn Ryan Show, claiming that the aforementioned drones were using advanced “anti-gravitic (sic)” technology only available to the United States and China and demanding that the United States government give a “history of this” technology (Ryan, 2025; see also Webb, 2025a). In UAP parlance, the memo, ostensibly from the now-deceased soldier and terrorist, was calling for “disclosure.”
There are several things to note about how this unfolded. First is that the pivot to claims of demonic and/or extraterrestrial influences was first predicted in November of 2024 by American intelligence assets, predating both the “drone” phenomena and the bombings (Troy, 2024b). Second is that the manifesto was quickly disputed due to numerous digital forensics issues that revealed the author of the statement was actually not the deceased Green Beret (Tardio, 2025; Tardio, 2025a; Tardio, 2025b; McBeth, 2025; Green Beret Nap Time, 2025; Green Beret Nap Time, 2025a). Additionally, those who worked to correct the misinformation in the manifesto quickly found their loved ones suffering from symptoms remarkably consistent with those of Havana Syndrome (Tardio, 2025). It is worth noting (for reasons that will become apparent) that one possible motivation for this continued narrative in the form of a hastily constructed manifesto was that it was quickly discovered that the attacks bore not the fingerprints of the Islamic State as initially reported, but rather those of Mossad.
For those who haven’t read the free book that I’ve made available, “this manufactured hysteria” was of course referring to attempts to blame very real crimes on none other than little green men from outer space as well as “demonic influences.” Given that I’ve been accused of writing about everything from secret magic rituals to somehow - and I kid you not - secretly running the Barnes and Noble website to illegally harvest your data, I feel that I must offer the disclaimer that I take no position on the existence of either extraterrestrials or demons/angels.
Instead what must be understood is that many people believe in such phenomena, and this belief can and has been weaponized against the individuals who hold the beliefs (readers of Chapter 11 will additionally understand the connection between Mossad, Oracle Israel’s operations, and Havana Syndrome, which I won’t go into here).
Getting back on track, this connects to the greater LARP of QAnon, one that serves to justify not only war and genocide on a scale we haven’t seen before, but also to justify the DARVO that is now apparent behind most of the far-right’s obsession with crimes against children and the “Groomer” panic that only serves to dehumanize LGBTQ+ persons to fulfill that goal of genocide. Similarly, it’s worth noting that author and researcher Jules Evans traced UFO and QAnon beliefs as having merged as early as 2020. Things get even darker when one traces the origins of so-called “Nordic” aliens and the concept of “Starseeds.”
As I then noted,
One final but vital connection that was hastily glossed over by a complicit media was the fact that both terrorists had been stationed at Fort Liberty, formerly known as Fort Bragg, home to the United States Army’s Psychological Operations Command (and which was also home to a certain, aforementioned former lieutenant general; John, 2025; Kovaleski & Haaf, 2025; see also McMahan, 2025). In a twist that in absolutely no way foreshadows where this discussion is headed as we conclude this volume, Ft. Liberty hosts an unusual plethora of child sex abuse cases where the perpetrators are soldiers (Harp, 2025).
The connection to Harp’s work is bolded. As I discussed in Chapter 10, humans suffer from a number of means that allow them to engage in moral disengagement, allowing them to participate in atrocity crimes and justify the otherwise unjustifiable. As the previous images show, QAnon contains these elements quite explicitly. It turns out that a central figure in the QAnon mythos, Lt. Gen. (Ret.) Michael Flynn, called Ft. Bragg home, having even described in one of his books (which I will not link) the aforementioned radicalization process “how to make people kill people.”
Flynn wasn’t too far removed from the January 2025 Ft. Bragg incident either. Citing an interaction between Flynn and another individual, Footnote 28 in Chapter 11 reads,
In full disclosure, the author has worked with both Shawn Ryan and Sarah Adams, the latter of whom became involved in the conversation about this incident. As evidence that not all was as it seemed about this incident, the author points to an interaction between Adams and another individual named frequently in this book mere days before Ryan released his “bombshell” podcast: I recall someone being cautioned to beware an all-seeing “Oracle.” Interesting word choice, isn't it? See also Webb, 2025a.
The individual was Flynn, conversing with none other than Sarah Adams. This is really only the beginning of the connections (with the connection to the Oracle corporation noted), and much more research and investigation needs to be conducted into the organized crime infiltration of Ft. Bragg. Footnote 30 of Chapter 11 reads,
Timothy McVeigh was also stationed at Ft. Liberty (then called Ft. Bragg) prior to committing the Oklahoma City bombing. Tulsi Gabbard, fan of Syrian dictator Bashar Al-Assad, also taught at Ft. Liberty. I’m sure that’s completely unrelated to the topic at hand.
Tulsi Gabbard, of course, is now serving as Director of National Intelligence under Trump - and is a grave national security risk. Gabbard of course was at one time best of friends with Sen. Bernie Sanders, touring with him during his 2016 campaign and having even served as a founding fellow of the Sanders Institute; it’s particularly noteworthy to note that Sanders also traveled to Russia at the exact same time that Donald Trump did in the 1980s.
Russian Affairs
An incident recently occurred here in Cincinnati that merits your attention. Early in the morning on July 26, a brawl broke out near a bar after a drunken couple began racially harassing others. This resulted in a fight breaking out, and around five people were arrested.
Ordinarily, this wouldn’t be terribly newsworthy. However, there is something here that makes the entire matter stand out - the couple that started the fight were Russian, and have since flown home to Russia, with the New York Post conveniently noting how she was “sucker punched.”
For those who aren’t familiar with how Russian hybrid warfare works, it goes something like this: a couple of Russian “tourists” are visiting a Western country when they incite a fight, typically by exciting racial, ethnic, or religious tensions. They promptly get their asses kicked. They then cry that they’re victims, that the world is Russophobic, and then make a quick escape home while chaos ensues in the desired location. If one knows what to look for, such tactics become quite easy to spot.
See if you can spot the theme here:
The Russians, specifically the Russian woman, are white, and are claiming to be the victims, having been “set upon” by several Black individuals after shouting the N-word repeatedly. This is now being cast as a “free speech” issue, with the “attackers” having been promised to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, including charges of felonious assault and aggravated riot. One of the “attacker’s” bond has been set at $500,000 while another’s has been set at $200,000.
It’s a narrative that seems strikingly similar to what’s playing out in DC right now to justify expanded federal and military deployment where it simply isn’t needed.
But that’s not all, folks. Vivek Ramaswamy proceeded to capitalize on this, noting on July 30 that he planned to host a town hall on the issue of “public safety” and “free speech,” stating,
We plan to invite city officials, community leaders, and any of the victims from Friday’s assault who wish to participate. When people feel afraid to speak their minds, that’s when frustration festers & we can’t let that happen.
To boot, Republican Sen. Bernie Moreno stated that the FBI is in the middle of an investigation into the “attack” (hint: not the Russian agitators) on orders from AG Pam Bondi herself.
Even though it was all clearly a staged Russian op. This was all planned to give the Trump administration a narrative to run with. This is all manufactured, but the Russian prop actors aren’t being investigated. Rather, the whole thing is being propped up to further a white supremacist narrative. Again, it is the politics of distraction: deny, attack, and reverse the victim and offender in a chaos operation.
And as shown through the various references, our enemies share a common playbook.
News similarly broke that Russia has released a “catalog” of abducted Ukrainian children for adoption. I’m not linking to the article, as no matter how redacted the images, the children are victims are human trafficking and I have no intention to revictimize them. Per a colleague on LinkedIn that I have permission to repost,
In russia, you can now order Ukrainian children on the internet.
This is child trafficking.
Children from occupied territories, displayed like products! Kids that became orphans when russia killed their parents, handed out like trophies.
Russia launched a website to "select" Ukrainian children, according to Save Ukraine.
An online catalog has appeared in Russia where people can "select" a Ukrainian child from the occupied territories. The children are listed with photos, descriptions, and details about their eye and hair color.

The children are being displayed like products. Most of them are Ukrainian citizens, and some have been oгphaned due to the actions of the occupying forces. All evidence is available on the official resources of the occupying authorities, which effectively makes this state-run child trafficking.

Note these terrible crimes happen to over a million children a year worldwide. It's a global problem.
It's also terrifying to see how Moscow's invasion goes far beyond just looting and selling the spoils - they're even taking the most vulnerable ones, children, and selling them like it's cattle.
But we're too addicted to cheap russian oil to care.
I need to make something clear: this isn’t just child trafficking, although that’s horrible enough. This is in fact something that I personally first encountered in Afghanistan, eventually speaking as to what I was seeing at The Hague: it’s trafficking for the explicit purpose of genocide.
The Rome Statute explicitly forbids the transfer of of children from one group to another for the explicit purpose of destroying, in whole or in part, a national or ethnic group - to do so is to commit the crime of extermination (genocide). This is why the ICC issued an arrest warrant in 2023 for Maria Lvova-Belova alongside Vladimir Putin - she claimed that Russia “accepted” 700,000 Ukrainian children between February 2022 and July 2023.
These children are sent through Russian “filtration camps” along with Ukrainian adults before being “reassigned” to new homes in Russia - these camps are at best torture facilities, and often used as death camps. Even children are tortured and raped in these buildings, and survivor testimonies describe brutal mutilation and torture in these encampments.
But even if the children survive the filtration camps, they face appalling conditions. Child abuse is rampant in Russia - by some estimates, it is 45-70 times more prevalent that of child abuse rates in the United Kingdom and France.
This is the real Russia - and this is the nation that the Trump administration and others want to make “peace” with. On this note, it’s very concerning how history repeats itself. In 1997, Russia signed a peace treaty with Chechnya following the two-year Chechen War. Less than three years later, Chechnya lay in ruins and was fully occupied by the Russian army. Russia similarly established “filtration camps” in Chechnya, torturing and killing hundreds as documented by Human Rights Watch - and what survivors later testified were used as extermination camps for the Chechen people. This is the country that Hillary Clinton set the “reset” button with after Russia did the same exact thing to Georgia in 2008.
This is what the United States government - and my very own intelligence community - is complicit in, as shown by the Ft. Bragg connection. Unfortunately, it gets even worse:
This is hardly the end of the Russian infiltration of the CIA. One might recall an former CIA targeting officer being discussed earlier, and one must also remember that Eldridge Colby, grandson of former DCIA William Colby and frequent target of NAFO bonkings, is now serving as Under Secretary of Defense for Policy.
It’s not even infiltration at this point as much as it is willing complicity.
The Epstein Chronicles - in Context
Another incredible article came out, this time from the New York Times, documenting some of the connections that sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein maintained via the photos that the pedophile kept. This is revealing in many ways that the public has a hard time understanding. Epstein wasn’t just running a sex trafficking operation, nor was he running a blackmail operation. He was running a kompromat operation.
Kompromat differs from blackmail. In a blackmail scheme, one threatens to reveal information in exchange for something. You pay X, and I don’t reveal that you cheated on your wife. That’s a blackmail operation. It’s simple extortion.
Kompromat is a bit more complex. Now, it absolutely can be used for blackmail purposes, but Kompromat is more about acquiring leverage over someone. It’s about power, which for those knowledgeable about trafficking and cycles of power and violence will make sense as to why individuals such as Epstein and Maxwell were so interested in such a scheme compared to a mere extortion scheme. Obtaining kompromat allows one to manipulate and control people.
Thus, who all is shown in these photos is quite revealing indeed. Noam Chomsky, Elon Musk, Steve Bannon, an Israeli Prime Minister, and the Prince of Darkness himself have all been implicated.
And let’s not forget British royalty has already been shown to be deeply involved.
Thus, the shear scope of Epstein’s operation and the implications it brings for our global power structure is made clear. Of course Ghislaine Maxwell is now out on work release. It absolutely is Donald Trump, but it’s not just Donald Trump. It absolutely is a conspiracy, but it’s not a conspiracy theory.
The powers running Epstein are also important to understand. It absolutely is Russia (as we just discussed in depth), but it’s not just Russia - and as Epstein’s own choice of dress reveals. In fact, some people are quite openly admitting guilt through their haughty mockery.
Which sort of explains the new revelations about who all’s on that client list.
